This piece was thrown and trimmed on the wheel. The color was achieved with a blend of glazes including blue, sun valley yellow, and black. The "feet" were a result of very high temperatures in the kiln along with a higher amount of flux in the glaze which allowed it to run and pool symmetrically at the bottom.
